5bdk Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 5bdk platform and its user ("Member" or "you"). 5bdk is an online gaming and betting service platform operating in Bangladesh for entertainment purposes.

By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2.1 Eligibility for Registration

• You must not have had a previous 5bdk account suspended or closed.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each member may hold only one account. The same person or members of the same household may not operate multiple accounts from the same device or IP address. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 5bdk support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

5bdk reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, or other information at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the account being suspended or closed.

5bdk supports only local payment methods in Bangladesh. The table below shows deposit and withdrawal limits and processing times:

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned.
• The source of the deposit must be legitimate — using the platform for money laundering is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement applicable to that bonus has been fully met.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
• 5bdk reserves the right to review any withdrawal request on suspicion of fraud and to reject it if necessary.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

5bdk offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 200% bonus on the first deposit applies up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Each bonus comes with a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus applies to 10x the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one welcome bonus applies per account, household, household address, device, or IP address.
• 5bdk reserves the right to decline or cancel a bonus if it is found to have been misused.

• Any suspicious activity related to a bonus may result in the account being investigated.

5.1 Game Usage Rules

The 5bdk platform offers various categories including slots, live casino, fishing games, sports betting, and more. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

• If a technical error in any game causes an incorrect result to be displayed, 5bdk reserves the right to determine the correct result.
• Exploiting any bug or error in the game software is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other automation tools is prohibited.
• Once a result has been confirmed, it is not possible to change the bet amount.

5.2 Fair Play Policy

5bdk believes in fair play. Our games operate using SSL encryption and secure technology. If any member is found to be engaged in fraud, collusion, or any other dishonest conduct against other members, their account will be terminated and winnings forfeited.

5.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows you to place bets on various sporting events. Please note:

• Odds may change at any time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If any event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information is prohibited and legally punishable.

5bdk's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and other special benefits are provided at each tier:

VIP tier promotions are determined based on a member's activity and loyalty to the platform. 5bdk reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time. Cashback is credited directly to the account and may also be subject to wagering requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 5bdk platform and any such activity may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software.
• Colluding with other members or manipulating games.
• Creating an account by providing false or fraudulent information.
• Any activity that is contrary to the laws in force in Bangladesh.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation.

All content on the 5bdk website and platform — logos, designs, text, software, graphics, and other materials — is owned by 5bdk and is protected by copyright law.

• No content may be reused, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Content belonging to third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) is owned by their respective owners.
• Using 5bdk's trademarks and brand identity without proper authorization is prohibited.

5bdk services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for the following:

• Interruptions to a game in progress due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the member's own device or software.
• Access to the account by an unauthorized third party (if caused by the member's own negligence).
• Game outcomes — game results are entirely random and no guarantee can be given in anyone's favor.

10.1 Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify 5bdk, its directors, officers, and employees against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or infringement of any third-party rights.

5bdk uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information and transactions secure. We never store your password or complete payment details.

12.1 Voluntary Closure by Member

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, make sure your balance has been withdrawn and there are no active bonuses or unsettled bets.

12.2 Closure by 5bdk

5bdk may suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud or money laundering.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.

If you have any complaint or dispute, please contact our customer support team first. We take every complaint seriously and work to resolve it promptly.

If a complaint is not resolved within 30 days of submission, both parties will attempt to settle the dispute through arbitration. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together constitute the entire agreement between 5bdk and the member, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements on this subject.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is ruled invalid by a court, that provision will be removed and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

If 5bdk does not enforce any provision on a particular occasion, this does not waive its right to enforce that provision in the future.
